MUCH better. Whew! Class + 1 mile run in just over 10 minutes. Pretty good for a) not working out for ~three weeks and b) just getting over a terrible flu.

Craving fruit, salad, and water. This is what it should be all the time.

My cardio music right now is Childish Gambino and Yelle, and god help me, I want to go back to the gym right now.
